Before opening a ticket

  • Make sure you are signed in to your account at My Account.
  • If you purchased a key, redeem it in the account page before starting the loader.
  • Include your exact username and describe the issue step by step.
  • For license support you must open the ticket from the account that owns the license.

Quick answers

The loader says my key is invalid

Make sure the key was redeemed on your account and that your hardware fingerprint is untouched. Spoofing after activation counts as a hardware change on some products.

Where do I redeem my key?

Sign in at My Account and enter the key in the redeem box. It binds to your hardware on first loader launch.

I need to reset my password

Open a ticket on Discord from the account you need, or contact staff with your username. We will reset it for you.
